1. Description of Goods / Warranty and Liability
- We warrant that goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description provided.
- Please note that many of the products we sell are of a technical nature. Images, specifications, and advertising are for general guidance only and may not precisely represent the goods. Full technical details are available from the original manufacturer.
- Except where you are purchasing as a consumer (as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015), all other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability, or quality (whether implied by statute, common law, or otherwise) are excluded.
- Goods are not sold on a trial basis. If an item does not have published technical specifications, it is your responsibility to ensure suitability for your intended use before purchase.
2. Payment
- This website is for UK customers only. We only accept orders from UK residents for delivery within the UK.
- Payment must be made by PayPal or a UK-issued credit/debit card.
- The billing address and contact details you provide must match those held by your card issuer. Orders will only be processed once authorisation has been confirmed.
3. Availability of Goods
- All goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you. You may choose to wait for stock, select an alternative, or cancel for a full refund.
- Some products are sourced directly from our suppliers and are dependent on their availability and delivery times. We will inform you if delays occur.
4. Delivery
- While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, time of delivery is not guaranteed and shall not be of the essence.
- We are not liable for losses or expenses arising from delays beyond our reasonable control (including courier delays, strikes, or adverse weather).
- Delivery will be made to the address you provide. We cannot be held responsible for missing orders caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Risk passes to you once goods are dispatched. We may deliver in instalments where necessary.
5. Returns & Refunds
a) Faulty or Incorrect Goods
- If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide details (e.g. product codes, photos).
- If verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
- Goods must not be used if you intend to return them.
b) Unwanted Goods
- If you change your mind, you may return unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt under your Consumer Rights.
- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- A £2.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover postage and re-stocking.
- We do not refund the original delivery charge.
c) Digital Products
- Digital products (including PDFs and downloads) are strictly non-refundable.
- If you purchase a bundle (e.g. a physical book with a digital PDF), only the physical book may be refunded in line with the returns policy. The digital file remains non-refundable.
- Digital products are copyright-protected and tracked. Unauthorised sharing, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor for infringement and reserve the right to take legal action against individuals found sharing files illegally.
6. Liability
- Except where required by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence), our total liability is limited to the price of the goods purchased.
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
7. Force Majeure
- We will not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or supplier issues.
8. Severability
- If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue to apply in full force.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By opting in to Robbie Roams messaging services, you agree to receive automated marketing and informational text messages.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies. We may adjust frequency and sender details (short code, phone number) at any time.
- Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Consent: Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers: Network carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation
- You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or following the link provided in our messages.
- A confirmation will be sent upon successful opt-out.
